Southfield Youth Baseball features divisions in TBall, PeeWee, Minor, Majors and Pony from ages 5-14.

Registration for the SYB 2010 Season begins in February     Southfield Cardinals Christmas Holiday Baseball Camp The Southfield Cardinals Baseball organization will be hosting it's first annual Christmas Holiday Baseball Camp. Participants at the camp will take part in practicing fundamentals in the following areas: Hitting - Featured instructor Bruce Fields, Cleveland Indians Pitching - Featured instructor Kenny Howell, Los Angeles Dodgers Catching (infield, outfield, catchers-must provide their own equipment) Base Running Throwing Agility and running mechanics Other Coaches of note in attendance: - Dwight Smith, Philadelphia Phillies Scout - Dwayne Henderson, ICE (Inner City Exposure) President - Tiberia Patterson - Speed & agility (Tiger Paw Training) General Camp information: When - December 30th, 2009 Time - 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Where - Total Sports Complex (Inflatable Dome), 30990 S. Wixom Rd. Important Information Background Checks Southfield Youth Baseball will be conducting Sexual Offenders background checks on all Board members, Managers and Coaches. All Board members, Managers and Coaches that want to be affiliated with our league will have their names run through the Michigan State Police, Sex Offenders database to make sure no prior sexual offenses against children have taken place. Though we've never had any issues like this in our league to date, Southfield Youth Baseball is taking this extra step to help protect our children.
